Where is my order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order and a tracking number when it ships. If you have questions, please contact our battery tech team here.

 Can I change the shipping address for my order?

We will be happy to change the shipping address for your order. Please email our battery tech team by clicking here with your order number and the updated address ASAP, as we are only able to make changes to your order if it has not yet shipped. 

 Can I change the billing address for my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to edit the billing address once the order has been placed. Not to worry, if all of your information was processed successfully, and your shipping address is correct, you will receive your order.

 Can I change the email address for my order?

Yes! Please email our battery tech team by clicking here and provide your order number, original email address, and the updated email address so that we may make the changes for you. Once your email address has been updated, we will resend your email confirmation and/or shipping confirmation emails to the updated address.

 Can I modify my order after I have placed it?

Yes! Please email our battery tech team by clicking here with your order number and requested changes ASAP so that we can make those changes before it ships out.

 Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?

Yes! As long as your order has not been shipped, we can cancel it. Just email our battery tech team here with your order number and request to cancel.

 I received a package but it wasn’t my order.

We are so sorry for the mix up with your order! Please email our battery tech team by clicking here and provide your order number and pictures of the following: the order packing slip and a picture of the products that you received. We will get YOUR order sent out ASAP.

 I received the wrong item.

If you receive an incorrect item, forgive us for the mix up. Please email our battery tech team by clicking here and provide your order number and pictures of the following: the order packing slip and a picture of the products that you received. We will get YOUR correct item sent out ASAP

 I am missing item(s) in my order.

 Oh no! Please email our battery tech team by clicking here with a list of your missing items. We will get back to you ASAP.

 I received broken item(s) in my order.

 We do our best to get your order to you in perfect condition but, mistakes can happen especially in shipping. Please send a photo of your broken product to our battery tech team by clicking here. We will get a replacement sent out to you ASAP.

 I broke my battery! Please help!

 We are so sorry to hear that. Breaking batteries is the worst (trust me we’ve broken plenty over the years)! We will do our best to help you. Just contact our battery tech team by clicking here and we will take care of you.

 Do we offer wholesale accounts/discounts?

We offer quantity discounts that are applied automatically when you place the required quantity of items in your shopping cart.
